Critical agribusiness value chain infrastructure improved and made climate resilient A. Climate resilient off-farm and on farm water management infrastructure (MOWRAM & MAFF) B. Agricultural cooperative value chain infrastructure (MAFF) C. Improved connectivity through climate resilient farm roads (MRD) D. Infrastructure for Agriculture testing and training (MAFF & MOE) E. Renewable energy for value chain improvement (MAFF) Outputs and Key Activities II. Climate smart agriculture and agribusiness promoted A. Climate resilient varieties of rice & maize developed and disseminated B. Capacity strengthened in terms of e.g. standards compliance, accountancy and agribusiness, irrigation systems, laser levelling in rice cultivation and other climate smart agricultural practices C. Crop centric forums for each value chain (rice, cassava, maize, and mango) established and two regional ASEAN study tours conducted D. Capacity strengthening for farm mechanization including support for mechanical workshops and training facilities Outputs and Key Activities III. Enabling environment for climate smart agribusiness enhanced A. Climate smart agribusiness policies and standards developed B. Green finance and risk sharing mechanisms C.
