There are 9 management roles, one for each member of the team Each member of the team should lead at least one phase of the project (one deliverable or one meeting) Janice Regan, 2008 3 Communications manager role Liaison between your team and client/instructor Implement and maintain communication tools (email list, chat group, …) used by the team Manage communication between team members. Contact team members when needed Remind the Meeting Manager or the Minutes Taker if they forget to check in minutes or agendas!
