     Warm-Up Activities
Each day, children can complete a set of warm up activities. These should focus on counting and problem solving.
Count in 2’s, 5’s, 10’s. If there are siblings/other children at home this could be used as a game!
Ask your child to count and encourage different starting points e.g count forwards from 55, count backwards from 78.
As we are focusing on fractions this fortnight ask questions based on halves. E.g what is half of 10? What is half of 20? Again, if
there siblings/other children at home this could be a fun game!
