Elucidate	research	tools	and	their	types	in	educational	research.
This	section	describes	the	tools	and	techniques	that	are	used	in	quantitative	and	qualitative	machinery.	Quantitative	Quantitative	Research	Tools	Include	the	collection	and	analysis	of	objective	data,	often	in	a	manner	numerous.	The	research	project	is	determined	before	the	beginning	of	data	collection	and	is	not	flexible.	The	research	process,
interventions	and	data	collection	instruments	(for	example,	questionnaires)	are	standardized	to	minimize	or	control	possible	viÃ	©.	Table	8	provides	a	general	vision	of	the	quantitative	data	collection	strategies.	Qualitative	research	and	qualitative	research	tools	is	usually	used	to	explore	values,	attitudes,	opinions,	feelings	and	behaviors	of	individuals
and	understand	how	they	affect	individuals	on	issue.	Researchers	use	any	qualitative	methods	are	concerned	about	the	individual's	individualistic	perceptions	of	specific	topics,	issues	or	situations	and	meanings	that	attach	their	lives.	This	type	of	research	is	important	for	the	generation	of	theory,	development	of	politics,	improving	educational
practice,	justifying	the	change	for	a	particular	practition,	and	illuminating	social	issues.	It	can	also	be	used	to	explain	the	results	of	a	previous	quantitative	study	or	to	prepare	for	the	development	of	a	quantitative	study.	If	your	research	team	decides	to	use	all	qualitative	in	your	study,	you	will	need	to	describe	how	qualitative	methods	will	provide
information	to	help	solve	your	research	goals	and	research	question	(s).	For	example,	qualitative	research	may	be	appropriate	because	you	intend	to	exploit	the	values	and	behaviors	of	the	individuals	in	the	study	area	in	relation	to	a	public	intervention	of	public	health,	and	to	understand	how	these	affect	the	phenomen	'Omen	in	question.	For	example,
why	are	some	families	have	beds,	but	do	not	you	use	them?	Or,	why	individuals	in	a	study	area	decline	from	a	species	-natal	clinic?	The	qualitative	methods	can	provide	the	context,	a	deeper	understanding	of	stakeholdersan	needs	¢	and	participant	perspectives	¢.	When	the	collection	of	qualitative	data	is	preferable	to	use	more	than	one	method	of
data	collection.	Getting	information	on	the	same	phenomena	in	a	variety	of	ways	allows	the	researcher	to	triangulate	the	data,	adding	rigor	to	the	research.	By	nature,	qualitative	data	collection	is	emerging	and	the	design	is	intentionally	flexible	to	allow	the	researcher	to	investigate	themes	(discoveries)	in	more	detail	as	they	arise.	The	qualitative
methods	use	data	collection	methodologies	such	as	interviews,	observations,	discussion	and	document	review	(eg	agendas,	historical	documents).	The	results	of	the	qualitative	research	is	descriptive	or	explanatory	in	the	instance	of	prediction,	and	are	typically	time	consuming	to	collect	and	analyze.	The	following	table	can	be	useful	for	you	as	you
decide	which	qualitative	tools	and	techniques	are	most	appropriate	for	your	IR	project	(Table	9).	Contrary	to	quantitative	data	collection,	qualitative	data	collection	may	be	more	flexible,	allowing	research	to	incorporate	emerging	themes	into	the	ongoing	data	collection.	This	allows	the	researcher	to	test	and	validate	as	they	collect	the	data.	For
example,	perhaps	in	an	in-depth	interview,	learns	researcher	that	people	do	not	participate	in	the	lymphatic	administration	drug	mass	fusery	because	they	use	traditional	medicines	and	therefore	feel	that	they	are	already	under	treatment.	The	researcher	can	then	add	a	question	related	to	subsequent	in-depth	interviews	to	see	how	prevalent	this
phenomenon	is	in	the	studied	population.	Table	10	describes	situations	when	cytics	of	qualitative	data	collection	can	be	used.	All	instruments	of	study	(quantitative	and	qualitative)	should	be	To	verify	the	validity	and	reliability	of	data	collection	instruments.	Prima-test	allows	the	investigation	team	to	check	if	the	research	instructions	and	questions
are	clear,	specific	context,	and	that	the	appropriate	time	has	been	authorized	to	apply	the	questionnaire,	etc.	terea	should	be	to	be	of	a	population	and	comparative	study	environment.	As	data	management	is	fundamental	for	research	success,	the	data	management	team	must	be	available	during	discussion	that	follows	the	premises	in	order	to
incorporate	changes	in	the	final	tool	design	and	facilitate	The	incorporation	of	appropriate	verifications	in	the	data	entry	system.	This	step	includes	designing	forms	to	register	measurements,	developing	programs	for	entry,	management	and	data	analysis;	and	plan	mannequin	tabs	to	ensure	that	variables	â	€
