         Your integration to Chevron’s human resources (HR) policies will occur in segments during 2021. During this time, 
         your current Noble HR policies will continue to apply until the specified Chevron HR policy takes effect.  
         This index provides quick access to the Chevron HR policies that apply to legacy Noble U.S.-payroll employees, 
         including the effective date. This index will be updated regularly as more policies are transitioned. To assist you 
         during the integration, we’ll also continue to update the Noble U.S. Employee Handbook to reference the 
         applicable Chevron policy as changes occur as necessary.  
         This is a temporary resource until your transition to Chevron’s HR system is complete later in 2021. At that 
         time, you’ll have access to the same HR policy systems and information resources as other Chevron 
         employees.  
         For questions about these policy updates or if you need clarity regarding whether a specific Noble or Chevron policy 
         applies to you, contact your HR business partner, or send an email to emplcompliance@chevron.com. Continue to 
         direct pay- and timecard- related questions to payroll@nblenergy.com.
