       •  Ensure students, faculty, and staff receive messages 
          important to them
       •  Improve open rates overall and increase attention to 
          required messages
       Issue:
       •  Email seems to be the preferred sender’s delivery 
          method, but not necessarily how audiences wants to 
          consume information. How do we balance this?
