5. The number of underemployed people expressed as a percentage of the employed population. | ||||||||
6. The number of underutilised people expressed as a proportion of those in the extended labour force. The extended labour force includes the labour force (employed & unemployed) and the potential labour force (available potential jobseekers and unavailable potential jobseekers). | ||||||||
