Goal Description | A goal is a statement that describes the change needed beyond the status quo for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. Goal statements may start with verbs such as: improve, increase, enhance, strengthen, grow, etc. | |||
Goal Status | · Active – work on this goal is still in progress · Completed – goal has been achieved · Abandoned – goal has been discarded · Not Started – goal will be implemented in the future, but work has not started yet |
