Address Workshop Concerns with Workshop Participant | The selected workshop participant may be unsure of activities to take place or understand how their work will fit in the overall process. This is the opportunity to address any concerns a workshop participant may have. | |||
Follow up to ensure pre-read materials are completed | The selected workshop participant will need to have completed the pre-read materials and meet with agency SME's in order to properly prepare for the workshop. This step is to ensure the workshop participant is prepared to actively participate in the workshops | |||
Backfill Workshop Participant responsibilities during workshop | While the workshop participant is away from their normal day to day activities, they may need coverage. This may mean that a backup needs to be found during the time of the workshop. | |||
Establish the expectation supporting the Business Capability Workshop as an agency | Ensure that there is support and clarity concerning the role of the agency representative and other agency SME's for the One Washington Business Capability development process. |
