This checklist should be used as a guide to review and ensure that all elements of the Construction Phase Plan (CPP) have been completed adequately. 

Each section has additional guidance, as a note, these appear when you hover your mouse over the red tab on the individual cell.

If you are unsure about any any of the sections or require any further assistance please speak to your HSE Manager
		


	
	

		
NOTE: The ‘initial’ Construction Phase Plan on which the decision to allow work to start on site may be based, will likely not cover all of the issues contained in this schedule; this is quite acceptable under the regulations.
