		MPS CPC Pricing:  Toshiba will provide the customer with a single blended cost per page for Mono and a Single Blended Cost Per page for color based on the actual customer fleet to provide simplified billing and ease of budgeting.  The pricing presented above is a non-traditional model that is segmented by speed, so we have provided a Not-to-Exceed price based on each individual category required by the RFP.  In order to accommodate all potential models in the speed category, this pricing model represents the worst case scenario or highest potential price model in each category and needs to accommodate a only a single model being placed on contract.  Generally, most customer fleets are not made up of only high cost models and consist of more than one single device.  When using actual customer data from more typical customer fleets, the blended pricing model will be much more aggressive than what is shown in the pricing matrix, however, each individual model will not exceed the price shown by the speed category.
