                                                     Indrayagus Slamet
                                                     Managing Partners
               He is Betawi and was born in 1972. He has 2 children. He graduated from Diploma IV
               STAN in 2002, and Master of Accounting of Universitas Indonesia majoring in Tax in
               2007. He now becomes lecturer in Master of Accounting teaching about Taxation and
               International Tax in Universitas Indonesia. Having an interest of International Taxation,
               he then studied International Taxation in Seoul, South Korea in 2010. Afterwards, he
               deepened his knowledge of Transfer Pricing in Netherland in 2015.
               Having a lot of experience in Directorate General of Taxes, he was a tax civil servant
               from 1995 to early 2011. His last position in DGT (2007) was as Head of Supervision
               and Consultation in Denpasar, Bali. Then in 2011, he decided to walk out of his career
               as a tax civil servant and started to be a lecturer in Master of Accounting Universitas
               Indonesia, prior to this, he also taught in Kwik Kian Gie School, Economic Faculty of
               UKI, and Economic Faculty of Trisakti. Since his resignation from DGT till now, DGT
               entrusts him to provide In House Training about Taxation Financial Report Analysis,
               Tax Treaty, and Transfer Pricing for Account Representative throughout Indonesia
               including tax office of large taxpayers and special regional office in Kalibata. He has
               written several books related to Tax, such as, How to Detect Errors in Financial Report
               (special edition for DGT), Tax Treaty for Beginner (published in 2015), and Taxation
               Financial Report Analysis for Account Representative Indonesia. In early 2016, he was
               asked to be the person in charge of Q&A International Taxation in Indonesia Tax
               Review magazine (substituting the Godfather of tax treaty Indonesia, Mr. Rachmanto
               Surahmat, because he passed away at the age of 77). In addition, he becomes a
               speaker of regular seminar about Tax Treaty and Transfer Pricing organized by
               Formation Management Institute.  
               Furthermore, he has established a company and becomes a licensed tax consultant

               Karet   Semanggi,   South   Jakarta   12930,   especially   handling   Transfer   Pricing
               Documentation, Tax Audit, Tax Review, Tax Planning, and Tax Review Application. The
               majority of his clients are foreign investment companies from Japan, German and
               Singapore. He often handles Tax Audit matters focusing on Tax Dispute about Transfer
               Pricing and Tax Treaty. He works with his 17 people professional team.

                                                INTRODUCTION
               Initially,   ITM  & Partners is part of Tax Consultant Adam Damili & Partners that was
               established by a number of partners on May 22, 2012 based on Decree Number: Nomor:
               SI/2219/PJ/2012 and Taxpayer Identification Number 07.574.231.2-013.000. At first, Adam
               Damili & Partners office was located in Jl. Hj. Sairun No. 29 Grogol Utara, South Jakarta,

               then since May 2013 Adam Damili & Partners moved to Plaza Sentral 3  Floor Jl. Jend.
               Sudirman Kav. 47 South Jakarta. Adam Damili & Partners has become a firm on March 8,
               2014 with Certificate Number 276 notarized by Dini Hayati S.H in Jakarta. In January 2016,
               Adam Damili & Partners has more than 50 permanent clients consisting of individual, entity,
               and permanent establishment. During the business, Adam Damili & Partners keeps on
               developing its service for the clients by adding International Taxation. In October 2017, Adam
               Damili and his partner, Indrayagus Slamet SST.,M.Ak.,Ak.,BKP established ITM & Partners
               specializing  in   Transfer   Pricing   Documentation   and Tax Audit.  Currently,   day   to   day
               management ITM & Partners is led by Mr.  Indrayagus Slamet  SST.,M.Ak.,Ak.,BKP as
               managing   partner   experienced   in   dealing   with   Taxation,   mainly   Transfer   Pricing
               Documentation and Tax Audit for local and multinational companies. ITM & Partners is also
               supported by professional staffs experienced in taxation.
