GENERAL TERMS nyc Changing this Agreement 2.1. Except for changes in the Net Rent, service charge or other charges, the terms of this Agreement may be altered only if either; 2.1.1 both you and we agree in writing; or 2.1.2 by us following a procedure similar to that set out in sections 102 and 103 of the Housing Act 1985 in respect of Secure tenants.
