                    We also have pleasure in confirming the timeline for Grade 8 2023 entry as follows: 
                         •    Any date - book a guided school tour. 
                         •    Admissions process: 
                                   o    Complete and submit an application form (available on our website at 
                                        www.uplands.co.za). 
                                   o    Supporting documents to accompany application are: 
                                                Copy of reports (previous year and most current). 
                                                Copy of your child’s birth certificate. 
                                                Copy of your child’s passport (if a foreigner). 
                                                Copy of parent IDs (or passports if foreigners). 
                                                Copy of school fee account. 
                                                Proof of payment of R400 non-refundable registration fee. 
                                                Passport size photograph of applicant.  
                     
                     
                     
                         •    Assessments and Interviews: Applicants are required to write entrance assessments and attend 
                              an interview as part of the admissions process. This process is ongoing and the admissions office 
                              will contact families once application forms have been assessed. 
                     
                     
                         •    5 March 2022: Open Day and Open Scholarship Exams for 2023 Grade 8 entry 
                    Uplands Open Scholarship exams to be written on our Open Day morning and interviews to be 
                    conducted with applicants and their parents living afar. If your child is interested in applying for an 
                    Uplands Scholarship, then your child must please complete the Scholarship questionnaire below. The 
                    questionnaire must be submitted by 4 March 2022  
                    UPLANDS SCHOLARSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE- GRADE 8 ENTRY 2023 
                         •    5 March 2022: Overnight Boarding Experience (details TBC). 
                         •    April 2022: Open Scholarship Awards to be announced.
