Always keep in mind that the NCERT notes for the UPSC you make are in bullet form. They should be short points that are crisp and easy to understand. Long paragraphs are a waste of time, and it doesn't add extra value to uting. The way you write notes is how you write them in tests. So, write it down in bulleted form because it's the best way to write an answer in an exam. Get the digital mode of digital use digital notemaking. I would suggest that you should always load it on a digital platform. For example, when studying to prepare for the UPSC exam, all the pranks were digital. This is because the first record you made is not perfect. There is a set of iterations that you need to do to get the perfect set. For example, when I was making a record about economics, there were a lot of iterations in my record, and if I had been on pen paper, I would have had spatial problems, but there was no digital method. It was easy to update my records where I wanted and there was no risk of losing them. For some topics, I even made my records on paper but I followed the trick to create this record on an A4 size sheet and not in the register. Registers meanwhile bring barriers to adding records or pages, but when you take notes on loose sheets, you can add sheets and update records from time to time. Creating short notes for upsc preparation records is a very long process, but it is one of the most beneficial parts of studying. When I created records, I always made all records short and available for study just before the test. For example, I took notes for modern history. Modern history has a vast syllabus, but on my record, they turned out to be 15 pages that were very easy to read a day before the exam. It makes my job much easier and helps me fix the entire syllabus in a few hours. Learn how to create short, effective notes to prepare for IAS. There are a lot of articles directly related to some of the other topics that you use current affairs as part of making your notes when you read a newspaper. Make a record or short point about an article or editorial that you always think is important. I used to make my current affairs records from Evernote and combined those current affairs with my answers during the exam. Learn how to prepare for current affairs for UPSC For example, there have been many updates to the GS II paper on POLity and governance. So many articles and editorials were coming up and what I did was take notes about them and club together the Supreme Court's ruling on privacy rights. I used all the points in my answer which I thought helped bring more marks. Writing answers related to current affairs always helps you get more marks compared to writing common answers. Check out flowcharts or hierarchical charts Diagrams or hierarchical charts where possible. Creating diagrams makes things easier to remember and stays in your head for longer hours. They save time and it is easier to create these charts in a better form of expression. One of the most important things you need to keep updating your notes is to keep them updated. Updating your notes has the latest information and makes it easy to get all your content in one place. If you share your notes with a friend while studying UPSC, you'll have a lot of friends who will prepare the same thing. If you find someone with the same caliber and the same severity as you, you can split your work. One thing you can do is split the topic so that each person can take notes and then exchange them. This saves a lot of time and makes it easier to take notes. What I did was have a friend of mine, a friend I could empathize with. So through mutual understanding, we shared our business. We have divided the subject into parts of modern and world history. I took notes on world history, and my friend took notes for modern history. In this way, I rarely save 15-20 days in the note-taker process.
