Here is a complete collection of vocabulary works from the beginner class (including the first 200 words in the True Beginner class). Custom vocabulary is not included here, so the total vocabulary contained here is 900 words. FULL Vocab List Download (PDF) There are 50 words per week (10 per day) for 18 weeks. True Beginner Vocabulary section The list also includes written
squares for hangul writing practice in true beginner weeks 1-4. And Korean sentences are included for each vocabulary word in the Beginner section (beginners of week 1-14). To translate Korean sentences into English, please refer to our dictionary video, which are all related on the beginner class resources page. The following cheat sheets were designed to help me cram for
the TOPIK test. Look at that. [mc4wp_form] Liked it? Take a second to support Aaron on Patreon! Related If you come to Korea for the first time, the most important thing to do is learn the alphabet. Even if you are learning absolutely no grammar or vocabulary, learning the alphabet is essential to your happiness and success in Korea. It is also the easiest part of Korean language
to learn. You can explore the entire alphabet in one day (or in one blog!). Here is a complete collection of vocabulary works from the beginner class (including the first 200 words in the True Beginner class). Custom vocabulary is not included here, so the total vocabulary contained here is 900 words. FULLContinental reading FULL List of dictionaries for beginners Did you know
that you can understand about 50% of all Koreans by learning the 100 most common Korean words? That's right! The 100 basic Korean words are so common that they make up about half of the conversations and written in Korean. It's just a matter of learning the right words first! That's why you need this list of 100 common Korean words using the word frequency method. This is
my favorite method of learning vocabulary in a new target language. I did this method with basic Japanese words and basic Spanish words as well. It helps me to increase my hearing comprehension and speak ability quickly. This is because I am strategically about learning the most important, common words in the first place. I like to think of this method as a beginner's approach
to fitness: start with challenging exercises that build multiple muscles at once, so you get the most out of it, quickly. These words do the same for your Korean muscles. They strengthen your core and work your brain the best way possible. You will see the benefits quickly! Instead of learning a list of Korean vocab for beginners, which often focuses first on class or workplace
vocab, you learn Korean words that are used in everyday life. If you combine this with Korean greetings and phrases, you will see great progress! I follow this method of about 1000 words as well go on to learn the most important words for me specifically. (Things (Things vocabulary or words related to my favorite hobby.) This is because 100 words gets you up to 50% free
possession, and 1000 words gets you about 70%. But after that? The payout is slowing down. Compare this to 10,000 words, which makes you about 90% free to own! 20% more than 10x vocabulary. Not so effective. (BUT that doesn't mean you should never learn 10k words! it just means you have to diversify your learning time for the best way out.) Now, one thing to note about
these basic Korean words is listed below. I skip Korean particles and repeat words that differ only in grammatical action. What this means is that I do not specify particles such as the subject marker 는 (neun) or variations of verbs such as see/saw or go/went, or random/honorable versions. Why? Because it's a waste! You can learn them when you are learning grammar. Also,
incorporating things like particles would be confusing as a beginner if you don't understand their use. (In my opinion, they fall under grammatical patterns more than vocabulary.) The rest of these simple Korean words will be easy to master because you will see and hear them all the time! I will write using 한글 (hangeul), a Korean writing system. It is useful to first study hangul,
since it helps with the ounces of the head. And while the writing system may look complicated... Hangul was made to be easy to learn! In fact, you could find out it in just an hour or two. So clean your Hangul first and then start working on the list below! 10 basic Korean pronouns As in Japanese or even Spanish, pronouns often omit from Korean sentences. That's because they
understand the context. But... You still need to know them! Because if it's unclear what you're talking about, then you should be able to make it clear. 씨 (-ssi) – Mr. Mrs., Miss. Note here: You 당신 (dangsin) Korean language. However, I don't consider it a basic word because it is not used often. You are only used in Korean if you do not know the name of another person.
Otherwise, it's a bit rough. Therefore, instead use the person's name + honorable, listed above. This is the best way to go about it! 42 Basic Korean Nouns If you are familiar with Free in 3 months founder Benny Lewis language hacking method, then you know he offers to learn words based on what you personally say in everyday life. These would be the most useful nouns and
verbs to learn how to speak quickly. And the best way to practice is to create Korean scripts with words that you use a lot. I use this method, too. Especially after I have learned the 100 most common words in the language. So I'm still suggesting you do it, too. But as for the words below? These are the ones that you will hear most often, because they are nouns for time, place,
movement, people and so on. Maybe you never go by train to work and so you don't speak the word for the train. But other people do, so it's a good idea to learn about it.
